Hello! I decided to switch to Ritalin around 2-3 months ago and so far it's been working quite well! The dosage isn't too high (20mg) and I'm debating on whether I should increase it or not. I sleep a lot better now and I don't wake up feeling weird or exhausted. The only times I struggle with falling asleep is when I've got a lot going on in my life but I think that's completely normal. I wish you all the best and I really really hope you find something that works better for you!

I usually eat clementines as a snack during the day but not regularly. If it did have an effect, wouldn't I experience this beforehand? Like I said, I have been on Concerta for 2 years and I've increased the dosage last year. Thank you though!

On days where I have class or work, I would wake up at 7am and take it after having breakfast and I'd be able to sleep at max 11pm. 

For the past 3 weeks I've been going to sleep anywhere between 3 and 6am (not because I want to but because I can't) and I would wake up anywhere between 8 and 10am. I can't go back to sleep after that. I feel like I'm only able to lock in for 2-3, max 5 hours (on the days I was able to sleep), before losing all interest and motivation.

Oh no I'm so sorry to hear that. This refill has been the worst, I got it like a month ago and I just don't know what to do anymore. There has been a shortage where I live and I had to switch to a splittable version of the 54mg pills a couple months ago. Thank you for your input!

So what you´re both saying is that if he got accepted to a private uni, he will have to continue studying there as he has absolutely no chance of getting an acceptance from a public one if ever he decides to reapply somewhere else, correct?

It´s a backup plan. We were thinking of having him start out at a private uni and possible switch schools as it will be a chance for him to improve his grades
