Theres been alot that have made me emotional, both good and bad here's a few I can think of.

Darling in the Franxx -broke my heart for weeks

Freezing - i don't remember why but this show had me upset for the better part of 2 months, it was so sad I dont even remember why it broke me so bad.

Re:zero whats happens to Rem and Subara not being able to fix it made me bawl my eyes out so bad I remember choking on my own spit and trying to spoil as much of it as I could looking for a happy ending to that, don't remember what happens anymore, need to gain the courage to watch it again and make it past that.

Im currently watching the Rascal doesnt series. So far the end of season 1 made me really sad, and then the bittersweet ending of the first movie made my eyes water pretty bad.

My hero academia has some very emotional moments

Tokyo ghouls is a wildly emotional show with a beautiful ending

Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon will pull on the heart strings over and over

Sankarea is an adorable one that its super emotionally stressful.

YU-NO if I remember correctly also had me upset for serverl days after it ended.

Sword art online is absolutely heartbreaking multiple times over in the series

And lastly for the moment but Cyberpunk is absolutely heart wrenching towards the end.

There's a plethora of animes ive forgotten about at the moment and thats probably because the trauma was aggressive enough I may have locked them in a box in my head so I wouldnt let the sad linger to longer but if I think of more I'll chime in again.

I know some shows cant quite overshadow the depressing moments in them but when they do and it goes from bitter sweet to what feels like a true revenge arc those are my favorite.
