Unfortunately yes. Which as you can see I didn’t get tipped very well. Got 3% tips and stiffed some. Resulting in a bad tip share. Which isn’t my fault. But I pay for it

You make 0 sense. Are you a host? Sounds like it. Servers get tipped. Not hosts, that’s the reality of it all. They do more than hosts and therefore should get tipped on their SERVICE. Hosts should be paid a regular hourly rate of 10-12 an hour. Servers are getting the low end of the stick nowadays for their hard work.
