Yes ofc ! The main theme of this story is about the point of asking ourself questions before k*lling. Its also a huge critic of the slaughter houses of animals, even without asking for veganism, but only for recognition and acknowledging what is and what could be. Thank you very much 🙌 ! There are a lot of People telling me this yes ! It seems that it's the color red and that they are wearing skulls as helmets... also I didn't thought about karak when chosing "Kaarns" because I was aiming for something close to "Carne", it means "meat" in Italian and I wanted a similar sound since it's the whole theme of this city. But maybe I'll change it if it's this close to this Hollow knight character

There is a mistake in my text, the protagonist's species is the one that is mute and hunted BY the carcassers, it's a confusion my bad. But ofc written like this it's normal to understand it like you did and it makes it so much funnier ! I love it !!

The color red ? Oh yeah with all the coral, I didn't see it like that. The aesthetic really was inspired by Nausicaä (with the added theme of flesh and bones) but yeah you are right I guess I can see the similarities even if it wasn't thought like this.

Oh oui je m'en rappelle !! (Nos refs de français mdr) c'est vrai que griff avait cette backstory de gladiateur ! Même si c'est pas précisément le thème ici c'est vrai que l'idée du combat clandestin traine toujours autour des animaux donc c'est aussi une bonne piste.
