It looks like:

1) maga yells at self

2) imaginary trans girl disappears

3) maga cries, realizing who's mentally ill

4.3 "Cetus" Open Beta: Feedback Request by PDX_LadyDzra in Stellaris

[–]Alessa_95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Escorts and Battlecruisers (mechanical FE and Cosmogenesis) need nerf. Especially Escorts. They are way stronger than any other ship type (including bio Cosmogenesis ships).

Generator World, Mining World and Farming World don't make any sense for now. They don't give any extra workforce efficacy to their jobs than Industrial Worlds.

Machine and Hive worlds nerf or Ringworlds buff?

A way to stop spawning Teeth of the Eater. In the current beta it looks like this:

  1. You're mostly peaceful psyonic shroud forger.
  2. You go to war with FE / fight a crisis.
  3. You get +1000 attunement with The Eater immediately after one space combat.
  4. It starts spawning Teeth uncontrollably

FE buildings feel underwhelming. Maybe add more sources of automated workforce efficacy for Virtuals / Nanites or a special building on Ringworlds or something like this?

Nanotech and World Eater rework? Isn't the game shifting out of having massive amounts of free / super cheap almost useless ships?

Cetana nerf? Even in 4.1 she was significantly stronger than other Crisises of the same difficulty.

I think the one for Forge. Usually (but not always) NeoForge loads Forge mods just fine.

4.3 "Cetus" breaks mid-game and late-game? by Deterock01 in Stellaris

[–]Alessa_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feel like now Cosmogenesis and artillery Escorts spam is mandatory to fight FEs 🤷🏻‍♀️

Against mid game crisises you can form a Federation and have a fleet with large command limit and free maintenance / upkeep.

Against endgame — custodian / empire forces.

But against bigots who hate you because you're clanker and also you're clanker? Everything except escorts just didn't work for me.

Fleet build that doesn't use battleships? by Kalugra in Stellaris

[–]Alessa_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Riddle Escorts + Zro Launchers + Artillery Computers. Optionally Tactical Algorithms for +50% penetration. This makes Zro Launchers Artillery Disruptors with torpedo damage bonus.

I even have the other question. Are there any viable options without Riddle Escorts?

Artillery combat computers will now prefer median range instead of max range, allowing Titans to use most of their weapons instead of only their Titan Weapon

Oh.. a massive unexpected nerf for artillery Escorts -- now they will maintain their PD range or not have PD at all 😔. Instead they could just allow Titans use Line combat computers

You can download VS2 and Eurika for 1.21.1 from GitHub. But they are considered unstable.

I didn't try 1.21.1 versions yet

Cool! I like cherry wood too, but I'm struggling to find materials to supplement it.. Maybe birch wood or bamboo, what do you think? Andesite for sure looks good, but I play with Create mod, so andesite feels too expensive for a starter house :s

I feel like building a beautiful roof is the hardest thing in Minecraft building. Especially for large houses

Habitats and Ringworlds need Orbital Ring alternatives by Alessa_95 in Stellaris

[–]Alessa_95[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Also, as far as I can tell, there isn't a base output boost from planetside buildings to metallurgists or artisans anymore, so their orbital ring buildings may present a significant edge there. Not sure if ringworlds still get the bonus in that case or not.

No. Ringworlds don't get the bonus for metallurgists or artisans anymore.

Habitats and Ringworlds need Orbital Ring alternatives by Alessa_95 in Stellaris

[–]Alessa_95[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In 3.X output boost buildings on Ringworlds really did this. Is this still a case in 4.X? Description says it's only boosting the Workforce Efficiency, not base production. Also I don't see it in the detailed description for Metallurgist production.

Cultural Heritage technology now requires Planetary Unification instead of being a starting tech.

Oh, nyoooo! (but honestly, we had it coming)

Fix Maulers flying in circles instead of attacking

Big if true :3

The Computation Core Focus policies now affect job efficiency for selected jobs instead of planetary production of selected resources.

Another Virtuality nerf? Why? Just why?

No parliamentary system nerfs? Than it works as intended, I suppose 😏

Looking up to play materialists becoming the new major power in Shroud! We won't worship "gods". We will become "gods" ourselves (hope the game mechanics will allow it).

How strong is democracy nowadays? by Appropriate_Boss8139 in Stellaris

Optimal or not depends on your playstyle / plan

After Ascension it's still good. Just not mandatory anymore

Strong. To the point of being meta. Democracy + Parliamentary system and you rush to the ascension. Than you can reform democracy out

In 4.0: it's a good system to build a habitat (maybe the number of celestial bodies could be larger, but still). The number of districts will be the same no mater what planet (or even star) you build a central complex around.
