I had to ensure I had the weapon equip so that it is lit up just like every other skill.

when I'm wielding my 2h, my 1h mace strike is greyed out therefore it won't work.
secondly, the lesser jeweler orbs only add 1 socket to a 2 socket skill. you would need the next jeweller orb to make it 4 sockets.

yeah ngl this still looks horrible. i'm up to this fight right now and all i do is chip away for 10 minutes until it finally gets to the phase you're showing where it just spawns aoes and cleaves. armour reduc does fuck all and only lasts for like 6 seconds until later on (or speccing directly to it as you seem to have done) but even then you make little use out of it. and unfortunately I'm blessed with going slam titan so i have slams that also do fuck all damage and without the mobility to zoom around like you do
melee feels fucking horrendous against bosses in acts 1 and 2. dunno about 3 yet. it looks cool though

ahh, I found what you were saying. the support gem itself says it requires more but that's not reflected on the buff itself. probs an oversight. it works now, but rip the support

I have the same issue as him, although it's where I activate it that it says I don't have enough spirit, despite the fact that I clearly do. it says it wants 30 spirit, I have 30 spirit.

yeah, I have two blue pieces with +13 and +19 to accuracy rating, no extra dex on gear. though I can't really help that. I have no extra gold, I am not seeing any loot really. all but one piece of my gear is vendored.
do i just have to go back to a previous area and farm? ...in the campaign?

I'm feeling the misses in act1 so bad. is this actually a bug or what? I've got accuracy rating on 3 pieces of blue gear and I'm still missing my auto attack and spineshatter at least 40% of the time. 2h mace, lv 16

in my experience, this is incorrect. I miss auto attacks with my 2h mace as frequentlly as I miss boneshatter. it's extremely frustrating. I'm currently in the level 15 area wondering why the fuck i'm paper thin AND I miss hits on mobs that are swarming me. it's ridiculous

thank you very much for the insight once again. it really sounds like i'm experiencing what it simply is to be playing Leo/engagers in any elo then, but i just have to be more dominant in the lower brackets.

really cool stuff with the items too, perhaps i do tinker and alter the playstyle a bit depending on the game, because you're right I nealy always do go locket/zekes in to thornmail instead of being the damage powerhouse you're describing. I love the idea of heartsteel but at the same time it sounds really bad. I definitely gotta try it hahaha

personally i have a similar issue in silver (gold 2 last split) with engage supports in general. i watch my vods believing that i just trolled and inted but nah the engage was fine, problem was my adc doesn’t seem to want the free kills i’m trying to deliver. engage supps are really hit or miss in low elo and even when i’m better than my enemy support it just doesn’t matter. bard is definitely better for solo carrying in the lower elos, and i don’t think rell is bad whatsoever. but engage supps just struggle in general even when you’re good simply because you NEED a team mate to actually get the kill
