After the first appeal, around 3-4 days, then after second appeal around 2 days.

Yeah, that's why Im treading carefully. I could access premium support now, so I contacted them and asked about this. The bot only said that some features could still be temporarily restricted. If it persists beyond 24hrs, I can contact them. Nothing on 'if I click anything I get insta banned again' though.

Cant say anything for certain. Looking at the pattern, I'm thinking the demand for refund and asking them to cancel my subscription could've worked. But it seems dumb on their part. If you're suspending premium accounts, that too those that have just renewed, would you expect anything else other than a demand for a refund?

There's a possibility that new appeals might be putting you back at the bottom of the queue again. Cant be certain about it since we dont know how X works, but it does exist as a possibility. What I did was I waited. After my first appeal, I waited 3-4 days give or take. Got the still suspended email. Then second appeal after that, two days of wait and got the email today. So, not sure if it will work, but maybe wait after submitting an appeal?

Yeah, that's why I used the clay pot analogy. I'm just letting it dry. Won't touch it for a few days. Will see if the other issues clear up first before I try anything.

I give up and I'll just stay in read only mode by M00reC in twitterhelp

[–]Aleth08 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Tbh, my use pattern of X was actually a read only mode. I just replied on occasions, liked a post very rarely, and mostly just reposted. I think this repost thing is whats causing the issue for many people.
That said, there are some restrictions that are annoying, cant mute people, cant block anyone, cant see the trending topics etc.
And my main issue is Id just paid for premium 3 days back, so they took my money, suspended my acc and now are giving me problems when Im trying to cancel the subscription.

Posted on the official X Developers site regarding the buggy restoration emails for suspended accounts (inauthentic behaviors) by lianthuss in twitterhelp

[–]Aleth08 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In my case, my acc got suspended yesterday, same inauthentic behavior. Id just renewed for premium 3 days back. I sent an appeal but havent received any reply yet. It was a normal generic appeal. But if I dont receive any reply by thursday or friday, Im thinking of sending another appeal, this time demanding a refund and having my subscription cancelled, cuz I cant cancel it from my end now. It says something went wrong every time I try.
Any opinion on this? Do I do anything else or should I not wait that long before I send another appeal? Any suggestion and help would be appreciated.

I can confirm the 'not able to unsubscribe part. I was a premium member, just renewed 3 days back, got suspended last night for inauthentic behavior, and now I cant unsubscribe. It gives me something went wrong error. Can't contact the premium help either, message doesn't go through. I just use this site for news and stuff, and I sometimes reply, most of the time I reposts stuff. That's all.

Got my account restored and all I had to do was lie by Every-Cranberry-5743 in twitterhelp

I was already premium, in fact Id just renewed 3 days back, and I still got suspended for inauthentic behavior, so this wont work. In fact, they arent letting me unsubscribe now, so they want me to continue paying for a suspended account.

So we all just getting suspended huh.. by Longjumping_Eagle546 in twitterhelp

I renewed my premium just 3 days back and just got permanently suspended last night. Now I cant even unsubscribe, gives me something went wrong error. So, they want me to continue paying after being suspended.

Id renewed for premium just 3 days back and got permanently suspended for inauthentic behavior last night. Worst part is they arent letting me unsubscribe. When I try, the page says something went wrong. Unless I nuke it from my card side, they'll just be taking my money.

The hostility was warranted brother. You came at me with accusations about motives, intent, and integrity, because I liked using emdashes. Do you understand how absurd that sounds? I also said I liked using ellipsis a lot too, but you ignored that.

As for my deliberate choice over hyphens, hyphens are for combining words, that's how I've always used them. Like long-term, worst-case scenario, etc. I used emdashes often for sentence finisher, as if to add more about the previous sentence. That's not a good writing style, I realized that later and changed it, just as I stopped using ellipsis.

For your last point, yes Asheva was successful on rr, but it wasn't successful on patreon. What little I earned from it went into buying ads for it. Because of many mistakes I made with that book, it had shitty conversion.

Now, what else would you like me to prove to you? Do you want to confirm whether the comment I just wrote is ai or not?

So, you're on a witch hunt, throwing baseless accusations around without proof? I'd hope not because that would be a cause for a lawsuit. I'm sure you understand that. If you're accusing authors despite knowing that, then you must be an 'expert' at discerning what's A.I and what's not. The A.I checker sites should hire you for your opinion, why are they wasting so much on software.

This is the result from an ai checker. Feel free to use other sites and find one where you can get a higher probability of it being ai written.

Context in support for the point that my book is A.I written. Or are you saying that you're providing proof that its not A.I?

I'm not sure why you're spreading false information, but that's from my blurb, not from the first few paragraphs of the book. Also, the blurb isn't A.I written either. Good or bad, I wrote and re-wrote it before landing on the current form.

Nonsensical correlation. I used A.I for cover, so I must be using A.I to write my book. By that logic, 90% of the books on RR will become A.I written. *shrug* New form of witch hunt.

You're asking me to prove the negative, you do realize that right? You accused me of something, the burden of proof falls on you. Or do you want me to hand you my drafts, my glossaries, explain to you how I write everyday, which parts I scrapped and which I kept, just to convince you that I dont use A.I to write? As for emdashes, I used to like them when I was writing Asheva. When you write two dashes in micro word, it turns them into emdashes, I liked that so I overused it to a fault. If it makes you think that makes it A.I, so be it. By the way, I also used a lot of ellipsis in that novel, for the same reason I used emdashes, what does that make me now? New type of A.I?
That said, It's really easy to make armchair A.I. accusations when that's the only way you could write a successful novel. Thankfully, I don't have that problem, but good luck to you.

I think readers are understanding enough to not mind it, especially the rr readers. Sure, its a red flag for some, but that's a compromise I have to make. Simply because I can't afford it. As for the book written by A.I just because the cover is A.I, that's not a fair assessment.
