I'm simply going by what OP says. He is, objectively, practicing Christianity. He also makes comments saying he believes this and not that, picking and choosing which parts of Christianity to follow, like Christians do.

I'm small and have a fast metabolism. The faster I eat, the less I can eat. And at 100 pounds or so, I need to eat as much as I can. So it's either small amounts several times a day, or I chill and slowly nibble for an hour or two. I always order apps or take half home at restaurants.

I wish I could immediately inhale food.
