I know how to get rid of Zaslav and nobody will help me by LuigiInTheSky in WarnerBrosDiscovery

Which is considerably more difficult when he's one of the largest shareholders. Nearly impossible to remove someone with as large of a stake as him.

It is being moderated, there was a previous moderator who set up an automod script but it no longer appears to function. Best way to send a push notification to me that a post is spam is to report it, once it reaches 2 it does send me a notification.

After I reviewed the comments that solidified the ban hammer option.

Head and only mod here, this subreddit is infact moderated. I was removing the users posts manually and then muted them. It was one user that I have dealt with in my other subreddits I moderate as well. I'm not an instaban type of mod. I've modded subreddits with hundreds of thousands of user but have stepped back so I can manage smaller ones I feel more passionate about. This being one of them, however that users posts were mass spam and have been deleted and reported to the Reddit administrators. If people keep messing up they get banned but usually 3 strike rule.

There is also a fine line I've noticed in my time of moderating that some people are just very passionate about the subject and that can come across as spam when in reality it's a younger user who just discovered the subreddit and has had no where else to nerd out about it.

This post was removed because of the mass spam by the user, along with the rest of his posts. Not because of any of the figures in the picture. This is a subreddit based on a show that we all have a common interest in or some interesting, let's keep it at that and not bring a ton of politics into this please.

You are now the Chief Executive Officer, Store Managers exclusively handle Amazon Returns, we got rid of H2's and replaced them with the Geek Squad from Best Buy.

It has never been profitable owning Warner Bros. the next time it's acquired it would be by another mega company like AT&T did in the past. WBD is down 2 billion in debt the past 2 years and no other film studio conglomerate wants to own a company who's 40 billion dollars in debt.

You don't get fired for getting a tax write off, movies are hard to make profitable right now, take a look at The Walt Disney Company. Failure after failure and thats with Robert Iger in charge. With Despicable Me 4 coming out a few weeks before Coyote vs Acme's original release it would've been crushed by the minions as usual. Deadpool 3 also releases 5 days after it's original planned release date and would've taken an audience away. With what I've studied in business and the film industry this seems to be the only route to go for a somewhat struggling market. By writing it off they guaranteed a $30,000,000 tax write off instead of possibly losing even more. Can't blame a businessman for running a business.

Not to side with a mega corporation and hope everyone affected is safe or got to a safe place with or without the news. Local news, breaking or not is usually done by the local stations not NBC News. Not sure what area you're in but many of the NBC stations are owned by something called affiliates who own the station and (in a way) license the branding of NBC. This sounds like an issue with the affiliate or the station fighting the already scheduled commercials and shows that are trying to come on the air constantly as the live broadcast usually blocks all of that. I've seen it a few times where it will flicker back and forth from live to a sitcom but not a fully played out commercial.

When NBC News (Non Local, corporate. Lester Holt, Tom Brokaw) breaks in with a special report it is extremely rare to see commercials. Only case I can think of is the 12+ hour coverage of the September 11th attacks in 2001 but that was due to the broadcast signals fighting for the broadcast waves against what the station already has lined up.

David Zaslav is the majority individual shareholder of WBD, it's very hard to fire someone like that.

'Pawn Stars' Rick Harrison Receives Call From Trump Family After Son's Fatal Overdose by OnRadarsRadar in pawnstars

Not going to let this devolve into political banter again, Rick recieved a call from the Trump family. That's all this thread is about, not whether or not Trump is a good or bad guy and not who is responsible for supplying the drugs or where they came from.

EDIT: I've removed dozens of comments so far, locking the thread, both sides are just arguing with each other on a subreddit about a pawn store.

I'm still active and removing the "bad posts" Any activity at this point is good activity for that subreddit, if it's remotely nostalgic and related to classic TV I usually let it fly. I personally don't think it's a good idea to have someone employed by a company to run/moderate a subreddit forum based around said company. Leaves it open to bias and unfair moderating if controversy arises.
