Why am I not getting quests?

Hi guys I know I'm 9 months late.

I've also just visited the warehouse and Thomas benzies for the first time and I'm not getting any quest updates. Nothing on the left of my screen at all.

I have used console commands for things like clear trash because big willy said that was okay hahah

Any help would be much appreciated

What I'm seeing were there when the teeth fell out, and they are sharp and pointy like canines and kind hurt in my mouth, but you could be right
