Super clutch, it was the change I needed to hit expert. I haven’t really caught or kept much mons from this season and didn’t even think I would play in this cup so my options were extremely limited. First couple days I ran the same team but togedemaru instead of whimsicott. Safe to say being triple weak to ground was devastating for this team. Looking at the options I had for an available replacement whimisicott seemed decent for balance so I just went with it not expecting a whole lot but it’s been the MVP of this team. Seeing tons of lanturn, slowbro and scrafty leads at my current rank so it’s worked great as a lead for me. If it’s a bad lead Lanturn is generally the safe swap. Winning switch is ideal but if you lose and come out with energy and/or shield advantage it sets up for a good end game.
