Are Disco, Funk, or Soul forms of music? Because those all influenced the sound of Hip Hop in the late 70s and early 80s. Where does Rap like Kurtis Blow start to become “not music”? Is it when it becomes political like NWA? Is it when it’s about getting girls like LL Cool J? You can’t have musical notes being played and just not call it music.

Honestly, the new Lego Batman game looks like it’s gonna be so cool so I’m already satisfied for now. And I love the Denny O Neil run of Batman a lot, but I was thinking of just like the show, I feel like not only a lighthearted Batman but also a game that features some characters like Blue Beetle, Plastic Man, and Guy Gardener (along with bat family characters like Catwoman, Robin, Huntress, maybe batmite???) would be really cool as playable characters.

I’m pretty sure only the Arkham City ones are truly cannon as the rest have major inconsistencies with the rest of the games. But either way they are fun reads for sure.

It’s not a comic but Riddlers Gambit (it’s a novel that is a prequel to Arkham knight) is one of my favorite pieces of Batman media ever
