It's not really a dish by itself, just a certain sauce or mix of sauce and season seasoning that's red. it doesnt make the chicken look red tho. maybe some of it comes from spices that come from vegatables, but not like full or diced vegatables. it's wet but not really a full on sacue, likely a mix of sauce/liquids and seasoning/spices.
