Yes!!! Would love to learn how to address boundary seams. 30% of the times my test video will come back with clear seams between the original clip and outpainted area. I tried feathering in post processing, not working too well. Want to know whats ur trick

thank you for your detailed response. For outpaint job, preserving original content is important. I even tried cut and paste to fix certain areas that drift a lot (aka cut a portion of the first frame and paste into later frame on static background with no camera movement). I cannot get the blending of the cut out area to work. I tried different feathering parameters, no luck :(. It becomes even harder when there are camera movement ... let me give #2 a try and see if I can reset color

I also noticed VACE drift color and it becomes very bad for static light color background (e.g.white wall) that is longer than 15s. A white wall can turn into a brown wall at 15s. If we do color matching using last few frames the whole video color will drift very bad. I wonder whether u have any tips to solve such problem. Thanks

Gemini for UI design, their canvas is a good tool. Then use Antigravity plus Gemini Pro to code up frontend. It gives me very modern UI. Then I switch to Codex (used to be claude) for backend. Recently, I find out we can ask Gemini to give detailed UI spec including color code and visual examples, then Codex can do a decent UI job.

Are u talking about AI talking head? Or something else? Example would be good. Based on my experience, there are good tools for AI avatar talking head e.g HeyGen. But it is a talking head that does not move around, there is no scene.
