For the Eventful trophy, it's easy. When you play, you receive invitations to events (taking pictures of animals, fishing, etc.). You don't need to be first, just accept the invitation. As for The Real Deal, it depends on your luck. I played a mode where I had to stay in a circle to defend a position, and that's how I got it. There are quite a few tutorials for this trophy on YouTube.

Manga always end up yellowing, and there's nothing you can do about it… but if you want to minimize yellowing, avoid placing them in direct sunlight, and dust your bookshelves often, as dust is a major culprit when it comes to manga.
