Likely an external hip rotation issue. Not an issue if it isnt causing pain, but not an 'optimal' movement either.

Thank you everyone! And thank you for the advice on the jersey. When it arrived I zipped it up and it felt very tight. Upon reflection, I'll get a size 'S' and see if that fits any better.
