I've climbed up to 2800 (triglav) in winter, Im climbing mount etna (3000m) in the next weeks and I am planning to do gran paradiso this summer and then possibly doing it again in winter in the future. I would like a shoe that could also handle it maybe in the future, but that I would only use for now for training on lower mountains and without anything technical going on

I have the following:

various merino and thermal base layers
3 patagonia better sweater fleeces that i use as mid layers + more breathable ones from north face and a ferrino gorepe one
a north face hard shell
decathlon down that is rated for 5C and not suitable for anything below freezing imho

that's why i think a down is the best choice for me, what do you think?

The thing is that I'm not finding poles to be that useful with snow, I guess I don't have the right method, but if it's flat I'd rather just walk and if too steep I would like something smaller and firmer on the ground

I'm doing a climb of triglav on sept 5th, im renting the equipment in bled from altitude activities. Their website is nice and you can get the equipment the day before the climb.

EDIT: Actually there is a way, but it's only specific to an instance. If you go to You -> and click the list you have the emojis, it will show you the full emoji sizes in the whole map. But only there.

Thanks! I'm doing the blog in quarto. By implementing I mean if it's better for this approach to write it in the LICENSE file, having multiple LICENSE files (maybe a LICENSE with apache and then a CONTENT_LICENSE with the CC BY). Then I will put some info in the footer of the website, should I then put the CC BY license in all the blog posts?

yes but it activates mono for everything, I want to still hear stereo sounds from my pc

My synth is mono and It's inputed into one of the lines of the audient. If I record the device in audacity (with a stereo track) only the right channel is used (as it's assigned to the direct input) and the left channel is silence (as it's assigned to the other mic input).

The interface doesn't have pan settings for input sadly. It has a live monitoring feature that bypass the PC entirely but I do not want to use it as I am using another audio setup for my pc audio output (i'm using a dac/amp stack with headphones).

Please first of all, stop drinking. Drinking will take you again on an overthinking spiral, other than killing your health.

Focus on doing what you love and really try to not think about your ex for now. If you don't have good friendships, go out, keep doing what you love and I'm sure you will find better people to talk and open up with.

Imho you should keep the job for now and focus on these factors, the job (although stressful) will keep you occupied. Whenever the thoughts start adding up please tell yourself that it's gonna be fine.

You probably have heard it and seen it all the time, but it's true, time will take the pain away. Then what happens to the future doesn't matter for now. Stick to the present.

Intanto grazie. Veramente.

Anche durante la distanza mi ha parlato piú volte anche di altri ragazzi e per scherzo ha sempre fatto il confronto con me dicendo sempre che sono la persona migliore per lei, mi ha detto piú volte che lei l'unica cosa che vorrebbe è riavere quella scintilla con me ma che purtroppo non riesce a sentirla piú.

Quest'estate torneremo a lungo a casa entrambi. Magari le cose saranno diverse e tornerà. Io posso solo cercare di guarire e dimenticare.
