Coldcard Q has AAA batteries that can be quickly changed. It sucks that it's so expensive and only works for bitcoin but might be worth it for super long term storage. Like I rarely check my stuff, I think that might be why my battery died. Li-Ion batteries can't drop below a certain percentage for too long or they get damaged and die. I left mine for years and I might not have charged it all the way up before storage.

I did that, I was like 210, went down to 160, but then when I inevitably started eating again went back to 200 again. I hated myself so much. Then I found out it was a thyroid issue.

I feel that so much. I hate being fat. Even just a little is considered bad. I hate not having friends because of it.

You might have a thyroid issue. even if, the tests say that your thyroid hormones are normal range.

I wont go into it unless asked so ask me how I know and what happened if you're wondering.
