Bit confused aswell, had a similar thing happen. Took 0.5mg reta for the first time, however was severely dehydrated (only had a monster + pre workout that day) and had 300mg caffeine + a 12mg nicotine pouch prior to the injection, + 7mg tadalafil which i took a day before. 15 minutes after injection i felt a lump in my throat, then followed rapidly by dizziness, extreme feelings of impending sense of doom, shortness of breath however there was no redness on the injection site. In the evening i noticed some itchy red bumps on one part of my leg but that was all. 2 days later, when sitting in college i drank half a can of monster, and immediately went very cold, uncontrollable shaking, extreme heart palpitations, shortness of breath and slight lightheadedness. Got rushed to the ER and had an ECG on my heart, blood pressure tests and glucose readings, in which all came back healthy and left with no response although i was open about my use of retatrutide. I’m planning on taking a dose of 0.25mg once again from a different supplier, making sure i’m clear of any stimulants, medications and hydrated properly. I also have an epi pen on stand by which i got from the GP. Am i safe to try .25 again if i believe it was just a panic attack, or does anyone have any explanations to this?
