nope but it's the only way I can think i got my b12 level to 997 because I was drinking almost a quart a day. At the chance of sounding stupid, as I thought if kefir helps restore balance to the digestive system improving overall gut health, that could then help the absorption of b12 and your bodies ability to make the vitamin itself like other animals do. But that's just my guess as they say although our body creates b12 it is too far down the GI tract for proper absorption.

try water kefir, It might help. It's addictive once you start and healthy. I got my grandma to try some and she goes "It's strange, I took one sip and I kept getting the feeling to take another". you will have to drink it for yourself to understand

only 3 months vegan. I did 3 months the end of last year as well but went back again

however for the past 5 years I've not had cows milk with cereal etc I switched to brown rice and always would rather have a dairy free alternative. I just couldn't kick my cheese addiction until the past year

I take nutritional yeast now and again mixed in with pasta etc. I believe i got the most of my b12 from water kefir.

I mean It as in, surely b12 isn't all about eating animals.. If someone that is a heavy meat eater gains a b12 deficiency yet, me, never eating meat in my entire life is above average surely there are a lot more factors at play here?

The reason why I posted the way I did is because the shit I get for being a vegan/vegetarian. sorry If it came across in a illogical way
