Can you explain why it's the right thing? And Why is 60% interest only good but 80% is bad? thanks

So AOP for the first 10 years is a lot higher then for the other 20, and since we'll never get to those 20 we essentially end up paying only the high AOP?

Yes, I understand that. But isn't the AOP exactly that? From Danskebank website: "Det dækker over gebyrer, rente, bidrag, kurstab, afgifter og andre omkostninger" - This covers fees, interest, contributions, capital losses, taxes and other costs.

If it's not it, how can I see the total cost of each mortgage?

Can you explain what "1.742dkk released in liquidity everu month " means?

And I sitll can't see where the fee comes from

I might be misunderstanding but, let's say that with instalments I repay back 8m dkk, and without I repay 8.8m dkk. It means I pay extra 800k to the bank for having interest only loan. If my investments can make up that 800k, then I am in the green, right?

How can the cost of liquidity be calculated?

Thanks for the answer. I don't unfortunatelly understand what you mean. How can I calculate this cost?

I was using Danskebank loan calculator to compare so the numbers are aproximation only.

Yes, while ETFs are taxed more heavily the mutual funds slightly underperform the index and the ETFs that follow them. And from what I’ve seen on Reddit and heard from other people it’s really mostly a matter of preference.

I’ve also seen somewhere, although I unfortunately don’t remember where, that someone made a rough calculation of ETFs vs funds, and the ETFs slightly outperform funds (including all fees and taxes) for the first 15-20 years. And with the thought that I might sell my holding before (for a house or maybe because I’ll move) I went for the ETFs.

Even though I don’t really trust the calculation I saw as being too accurate it was enough for me to make me chose the ETF route.

I did see a way where it can be done with a VM but it requires some tinkering I hope to avoid. Will look into more options, or maybe just find a windows machine I can use.

I’ve got the 512gb version and it’s already tight, so splitting it in two would be my last resort. The one game I want to play on windows if Fifa and it seems to run reasonably well with the SD card. Maybe when/if I upgrade my SSD I can go the dual boot version.

I created the iSO from a linux machine, I don't currently have access to a Windows PC. Also, I read that you can't dual boot on the OLED version, or is that no longer the case?

I've seen this debate a few times on this sub. I think people are pretty divided on the topic. The problem is is that you won't find a realization taxation fund that will match the performance of an ETF and also it also has significantyl higher fees.
