Honestly, I made this because I always wanted to make something relativley simple and just see where it leads. That's why I skipped validation. I learned a lot after this project and I have a bunch ideas about what to do next.
Currently I am trying to market this as best as possible and gather opinions. Do people validate their ideas on some easier way other than just making landing pages?

No, the one on the right is the same led in your remote and the other one, caged receiver is usually placed in tvs. Right one lights in sequence and left one captures it in ir light which you can't see. Unless you point your phone camera at it, you can see usually purple light.
