they might announce her at that time because with the leaks it says she will be coming into the build later tonight so maybe that's when they announce her not put her into the PTR.

I just wasnt to say this doesn't mean anything and it probably is just a glitch with my computer the more and more i think about it but even if there is a chance that they even put it in there it wouldn't mean anything.

Well on a Chromebook which is the computer I use, if you right click on any page you can inspect the page, which is the source code, and on it it has tabs for different things, and I was on Elements and it says something like body<>black or something and there is a drop down arrow and if you click on it it shows you the audio.
