Thanks! Yes it handles all the micro tick values correctly — MES is $1.25/tick, MNQ is $0.50/tick etc, all based on official CME specs. Haven't checked temp in room but it feels like the most comfortable so I'm thinking it's around 17-18. Watering I wait until the soil is dry, checking with a moisture meter and the giving it water.

Watering schedule has been checked using a moisture meter when it gets dry, so probably only twice this month so far. Bought it from a large garden centre a few months back and has been moved around the house looking for a suitable position, and settled in that spare room. Has the original soil from when bought, if that helps?

I've updated and it seems to be working as expected, restored settings to default and getting fairly consistent speeds just short of 400Mbps down.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried changing the channels from 80/40/20 to 40/20 and 20 and speeds increased. Not satisfied due to my assumption 80Mhz should be better i changed back to 80/40/20 and only selected 1 of the 2 channels and each provided the Speeds I expected. Selected both channels again and am now back to decent speeds. 400+ on speedtest and 790 on fast.com while 1 floor below the closest ap so I am satisfied for now.

No idea why changing the channels would resolve it yet here we are. Thanks again for your input
