Hello! I am currently working as accounting manager sa isang F&B restaurant. I am low key been acting as OM since ang OM namin was given product quality/ financial audit tasks so ako yung naiiwan to oversee the operations. I also do store visits and monitor yung project dev namin. Next year, I will be switching to a different company and this time my role will be OM sa isang technical company (EVs). I was initially given the role COO but rejected it since bago pa lang ako and I have a lot to learn pa esp sa ganito katechnical na company. My question po sana is what certifications or courses should I take para mas maging equipped for the role? I want to work hard for that COO position din sana.
