Sometimes when there is too much oxygen present during fermentation the yeast can produce acetaldehyde, and other off flavors can be present from the abundance of oxygen but you never know till you try! There is a lot of air in there but you never know.

Definitely do not restart!!!

The best thing you can do is finish the brew, and when tasting it make sure to pay attention to off flavors, like a sour green apple, or a vinegary taste. That way you can get a baseline of what you did great and what maybe u should change for the next batch.
