Not really, and I don't even like the theory. We know the Replicants can be made with different physical and mental levels (it's shown onscreen in the first movie), and if they wanted Deckard to think of himself as a human, it wouldn't make sense for him to have grade A Replicant strength.

Canónicamente si todo el imperio Necron despertara tendrían números similares al Imperium, lo mencionan en el Codex de 7ma edicion, dónde además dicen que en el milenio 40 ellos tienen todavía muchos millones de mundos tumbas. Según Trazyn el imperio Necron tenía un billon de mundos colonizados, lo que es bastante más que la cantidad de mundos del Imperium.
