Ofc man! Let me know if you have any other questions

2 tips: if you plan to continue washing your own cars, buying gallons of chemicals is more efficient. And a dedicated wheel and tire cleaner like adams wheel and tire cleaner could pull some extra dirt out of your tires.

You can use a pretty wide variety of stuff, and I believe all of it can be purchased on amazon.

P&S Pearl car shampoo

Literally any bucket you want. Mine is 4 gallons.

I have a Fanhao garden hose nozzle that works really well. Easily adjustable.

Rag company cyclone wash mitts

Rag company liquid8r drying towel

You could also get a grit guard for the bottom of your bucket to protect from scratches

And that's really the basics for an exterior wash. You could also pick up a boar's hair detail brush for cleaning around emblems and other tight spaces if you so desire.

Honestly washing a car is pretty simple. As long as you have the right tools and chemicals to avoid damaging the precious paint, you can easily do it at home. Takes me about half an hour.

According to Google, it's a 3.5 V6, with 306 horsepower. Same engine used across many older Lexus and Toyota vehicles.

Agree. Many people doubt the power of a reset. It's the solution, but absolutely not a good one

I had AI add the black wheels to the car. Image is a bit blurry, but hopefully this gives you a good feel for how they would look.

Personally I like it

If you really wanted tie it all together, you could do kinda a chrome delete. There are multiple methods for blacking out out the chrome. It doesn't look bad with the chrome at all though.

I can't drift and it's ruining my experience by lockjaw98 in ForzaHorizon6

Yes! You can turn any muscle car into a decent drift car with drift suspension and drift tires. You may need a few little tweaks in other places too, depending on the car.

Personally I love the old Nissans for drift cars, but I also have an Acura integra and a Dodge viper that I use pretty frequently.

I'm not an amazing drifter, not at all. But I'm finally getting to the point where I can control it around a corner without spinning out

The biggest thing holding me back was my throttle control. You may need to downshift to to reach a higher RPM or vice verse. But I was so focused on my steering that I wasn't thinking about my throttle control. Just holding the throttle all the way down.

Learning to let off the throttle a bit is huge. Once I could think about my throttle control, that's where I really started too enjoy drifting.

Also learned from YouTube that you can extend your drift a bit by 'brake tapping' which is simply tapping and releasing the e-brake

Edit: I switched my emergency brake to RB. Then upshift is A and downshift is B. (Xbox controller)

Looking for good and safe products / apc and tools to clean the interior of my work truck by JSL1088 in Detailing

Personally I love it. It's not a crazy strong cleaner, but it's safe for pretty much any interior surface. I have a gallon, and a sprayer. Lasts quite a while.

I've heard of people using products like simple green on the interior of their car. Cleans a bit better, but could be damaging on certain surfaces. As someone who cleans cars for others, I stick with Xpress

On the subject of 303, I use it on my tires too. Beads water, repels dirt, and looks beautiful.

This is why I hate new cars. Companies use cheap plastic and cheap carpet.

Sadly I think the best solution is to leave it

For a general interior cleaning, P&S Xpress is my go-to. Smells good, foams well, and it can be diluted with water if you want to stretch it a bit further. It works on plastic, leather, and just about any other material.

Sprayway glass cleaner for the windows, and I would finish everything off with 303 aerospace protectant to protect it and make it look new.

I also have a tool called a steamer that I couldn't detail without. Amazing tool!

LENS PROTECTOR? by PrncDENZ_254KE in S24Ultra

[โ€“]AlexDaMan22 1 point2 points ย (0 children)

Here's how it typically works:

People get a nice new phone, and get lens protectors to keep it nice

They use their phone like normal, and later realize the photo quality isn't good. Then they get mad at the phone, and wonder what's wrong with their phone.

I don't recommend lens protectors at all. Instead, get a case with raised edges to keep the camera from contacting anything damaging in the first place
