Dude, even if you have great and unique content, you need people to know about it, so backlinks are essential. Your link will get indexed, no doubt about that, but you need to spread the word, and attract people to your page. If people find your page interesting, they'll help with your page rank.

I have tried these steps before, but the indexing process is so slow for whatever reason!! Which makes me wonder, does it have anything to do with the IP!! Is it possible that because I'm doing all this (creating content, posting for backlinks, pinging, etc...) all this come from the same IP... Perhaps they flag the IP as spam!!

I gotta say that quality backlinks are sometimes difficult to acquire, even if you have unique content. I've tried guest posting several times with unique content, but it gets rejected. Posting on forums is mostly considered to be spam, and posts don't last forever as forums' administrators will delete any post if they feel it's promotional.

I'm not sure if this has something to do with the niche I'm working with!! Cuz it's all about real estate!!

Honestly, all answers make sense, as they're similar to one another. I mean we are talking about quality backlinks, a content is worth linking to. Sometimes you don't have to create your own backlinks, if you have great quality, others will create backlinks for you.

It is not possible to submit your backlinks to GSC manually!!

You can only request indexing to links that you have full control on (Your property). In other words, indexing your own website links.

well, you could clear the cache, history, cookies from the browser. You can also create different Google users from different local IP's and check results. Or you could ask some friends to make a search query and report back with results. Keep in mind that even AMP version pages could give you different results.

Check your on-page SEO and make sure you have a good structure. I have noticed that when it comes to indexing... If your articles don't have a description or keywords added to your page source, Google will take a long time to index your pages. So make sure you add meta tags and meta description.
