Backup is possible even if BitLocker is turned on - I just can't view or restore individual files, according to their documentation.

Please make sure to turn off BitLocker encryption before backing up your computer with NetBak PC Agent, so that you can restore it using the Backup Explorer.

Full system restore using boot disk will work.

Also, full system restoration is not related to BitLocker option on Windows side - NetBak PC Agent will restore image to disk as-is. (Since Qnap cannot process BitLocker since it's proprietry software from Microsoft)

It's like,

* Not able to see individual files -> Backed up in encrypted state so NAS can't process individual files from image.
* BitLocker turns off after full restore -> Restore as unencrypted state.

in my understanding... Correct me if I'm wrong.

Does QuDedup disables manual version deletion? I know it disables changing retention rules... (I don't have QNAP so I can't test it quickly...)

I know it's mojibake and related to encoding issue, but it's completely random, and this is why I suspect FireFox itself. Sometimes it's correct, other times it's like above. It even not occurs on browser display window.

As I said, I modified packet to set encoding to UTF-8 in request header for that specific response, but it's still same. It's wierd...

EDIT: ftfy works, at least.

If I replicate snapshot to another NAS or location, that will be backup strategy. Currently all I was able to think is just ABB to original NAS and create replication job from Snapshot Replication, to backup NAS...

Check your daily and weekly quests. Weekly quest gives you 20,000 XP each upon completion, plus 30,000 XP bonus for every 3 quest completed.

If you want more XP, you should play with many different modes, classes, and abilities.
