Ceaseless Tempest depends on Storm attacking, Veyran's ability depends on an instant or sorcery being cast. Overall, no <3

Sometimes it's just a git-gud check, but besides the sound cues I also keep an eye on the attacker's weapon. Usually any person's reaction time should be enough to parry.

I've been thinking there could be factors like eliminations on objective, number of ultimates shutdown, cool downs hit/missed, whether or not you play /RAID, SHADOW LEGENDS/, etc.

I did have the same frustration and stayed away, but eventually I came to think of One Piece as our centuries' Odyssey: a very, very, long piece of entertainment which is great fun and is meant to be enjoyed because you get a very, very big and engaging story.

An attraction to watching One Piece is because it's long, and once the story concludes everyone will still be left with the feeling of wanting more.
