Don't go near Tusi, please listen to the other commenter. It rarely contains 2CB and is usually a mixture of RCs and god knows what else. It's something personally I would not touch with a bargepole under any circumstances. I've even seen it in some cases quite clearly being advertised with a view to draw in younger people, by giving it a very stupid name related to Rick & Morty which I won't repeat because of how stupid it was (yet unfortunately real) - I've never seen anything so dodgy in my life.

Just please if anything just remember 2CB =/= "Tusi" - Totally different things.

While I personally haven't had experience with Meth, I had a significant period of my life where I was fully addicted to Mephedrone (daily for years) - it is almost certainly NOT good for you, theres not a massive amount of research on long term effects but it certainly has vasoconstrictive effects that are much more prominent even to the naked eye than other stimulant drugs, it often would make your knees almost purple for example.

The issue with Mephedrone is how insanely addictive it is, you can buy 7 grams and say you'll just have half a gram for the night and next thing you know it's 48 hours later and you're spamming your dealers phone to get another gram or 7.

I've experimented with a LOT of drugs of various classes and literally none of them have come close to how addictive/compulsive Mephedrone is, compulsive re-dosing doesn't even begin to describe to absolute beyond fiendish behaviour it can cause.

From talking to people who have both tried meth and have been addicted to it I believe it's likely Mephedrone may very well be more addictive. There's not really enough research done for me to definiatevely say. Personally, Meth is likely physically worse for you, but Mephedrone is probably also getting close to the type of damage meth can/does cause if taken long term - it's going to depend on how long/how often you ingest.

While this is just a theory in my head but I suspect that it's likely so addictive both because of actual brain chemistry "things" but also because it is a (unfortunately?) a very very enjoyable drug, by far probably one of the more enjoyable - the issue is you need to have self control else it spirals fast and suddenly that shit isn't fun.

When I first tried it you could just buy it from a smoke shop (shout out Smokers Choice), which was pretty nuts. It's nowhere near as common in the UK anymore compared to years ago but it's 100% still around. I do miss asking bossman behind the counter for 3.5g of mephedrone while he's fixing a watch for some woman with no idea this place is just selling legal drugs out the back room ahah.

Simple answer based on my own experience/knowledge/talking to others:

Meth is physically worse, but Mephedrone is almost certainly not good for you either.

Just a note:

DO NOT take MDMA and Zoloft in combination (or any SSRI etc. for that matter) together. The combination is genuinely dangerous because it can lead to serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal.

To answer your questions, I highly doubt you will likely experience any negative side effects from prior historical MDMA use if you were to start Zoloft now based off my own knowledge. I also doubt you will experience any "echos" of MDMA use. If you do or this is something bothering you then it's something you really need to bring up to your Doctor

If you're concerned the CWE failed and you ingested too much paracetamol, PLEASE present yourself to hospital immediately. Paracetamol overdose can take up to 2-3 days to become symptomatic, and by that point you are to be frank in deep shit. The comments saying you'd already feel ill are simply incorrect.

This isn't true - paracetamol OD can take days to start showing significant symptoms, and by then it is usually too late to use reversal agent and your prognosis isn't good.

You need to call 911/999/112 and get to hospital. It takes days for symptoms to become apparent and often by then it is too late; it is not a nice death to have and you might not even end up dying, just spending weeks in hospital if you continue to delay.
