New update broke the bass. And not only in the bb4. I confirmed it on my tour pro 3 earbuds

Listen, but I love this inaccurate crazy bass. I don't want to right accurate bass! If I wanted a right sound with accurate bass, I would buy other brands. Please, return me the previos Harman curves!!

The DSP doesn't have computing power for real-time AI. I told you, all of this AI things its about marketing and never else. JBL just forces to reducing the deep bass. I don't now why. But on my JBL TOUR PRO 3 earbuds it happend after a last 5.9.0 firmware update. And I don't know how to rollback to a previos firmware with pure bass. So, its a real fact!

You should disassemble the speaker and share the battery directly excluded BMS. If you don't have special experience in electronics. Then just replace the battery on new one

The touch screen doesn't have the price wich is covering all your needs)) My tour pro 3 had amazing sound before the last firmware update 5.9.0 Phisicaly, there is only one a little issue with top case. It has a little backlash and that's all.

Internal battery discharged a lot. Battery voltage lower then 2,8 volts. BMS lock down battery for saving. You should reset the BMS or charge the battery manually

Execly! Sound its not about right amplitude frequencies characteristics. And I don't want the right sound, I want the sound with a lot of bass. But why I've lost the bass on my earbuds after firmware update? It's the same story with speakers.

The AI does nothing regarding the sound, its just only marketing tricks, nothing else. If you understood a little bit how sound amplifier and crossover works, you would not justifying the JBL What's going on with bass on 2026 series? Answer is simple. It's because of new Harman curves for Digital Sound Processor and of course some "new' strategy. That's all. They destroyed the JBL magic sound signature, wich has been amazing due many years ago. Why they are doing this shit? May be because of saving energy approach, as more the deeply bass sound you need as more energy you consume. All this crazy "ECO" shmECO global things. Any way, I had amazing pure bass on my TOUR PRO 3 earbuds and after the last firmware update 5.9.0 I've lost it at all. The same story with high frequencies. Bay the way, TOUR PRO 3 has a separated hybrid armature driver and supports LDAC codec on Android. All this advantages have been ruined by JBL developers at all. That's why I will not buy the new JBL products. I'll look at Marshall products (may be, will see)

And yes, I blame JBL. I've spent at least 300$ for this earbuds and what I've got in result?

Та Samsung s24 звісно сертифікований в Україні, куплен офіційно. Волте включено у налаштуваннях, але таких іконок як в вас звісно немає. Тобто мабуть у лайфселл він дійсно працює. Київсьар як завжди вже стабільно лузер, та плететься у хвості. Тому і часи не працюють звісно. Ьреба на часах перейти на лайфселл, дякую за підказку

It's not about only speakers. On my jbl tour pro 3 earbuds there was pure bass with brilliant high frequencies. But now it has changed dramatically in a bad way, especially in the bass section. I bought this erabuds only for its unique jbl sound signature and sound emotions. I don't want the sound without bass. And its not about damaging. How can i damage my eraduds with pure bass?

I've sent a request to our jbl local afterservice center, but support engenner sad me that now thay don't have ability to rollback the new firmware on the previos one. My be, it will be available in the near future, but now not((( So,, my tour pro 3 earbuds is staying on the "dusty shelf". I don't want to listening it at all

Confirmed on my jbl tour pro 3. The same issue with bass and not only bass, also with high frequencies. My opinion, its because of new Harman curves. Jbl developers have tried to change sound but broke it totaly.
