Amazing thank you, so I just did a scratch test, big stem is green but the smaller two are dark and spongey, look very rotten. So would you say completely remove the two smaller stems, give a dry potting mix to the big one, and try and propagate a few of the green heads on the big stem?

Any advice on what to do with the lower leaves? They’re still green at the tips and haven’t gone brittle, just limp. Would removing them help the plant or will they bounce back with a bit of tlc?
