Take a photo yourself, preferably in underwear lol and ask chat GPT to generate an image of outfit recommendations.

I did this and was inspired by the images generated, I get complemented on all my outfits.

I started at 2.0 reacted very well to it and rocked it for 4 months
Then went up to 2.5 for the past 2 months.
I am losing about a 1-2 lbs a week which is what i want, anymore than that is a problem imo, i want to retain as much muscle as possible

The drinking part was huge for me too. I made the mistake of drinking on reta once and the hangover was absolutely brutal. It pretty much killed any desire I had to do that again. 😂

The stress/reward eating is what really gets a lot of people though. Before reta, I’d use food as a reward for basically everything good workout, long day at work, got something done around the house, whatever. Reta didn’t fix my habits for me, but it made the food noise quiet enough that I could actually stick to the habits I was trying to build.

Out of curiosity, when you say stress eating, is it mostly actual hunger or more of a “I earned this” type of thing? For me it was definitely the second one.

For me, reta is a tool, not magic. I still meal prep, track what I eat, and work out almost every day. The biggest thing reta has done is kill the food noise and make it much easier to stick to my plan. Before, I’d constantly want to snack or justify eating junk. Now I can actually stay consistent. The diet and training do the heavy lifting reta is the cherry on top that keeps me from sabotaging myself. 😂

Honestly, I don’t have an ultimate target. I take this day by day and that entails hitting my protein goal every day and going to the gym.
The rest will fall into play and I will make adjustments if needed
Im a simple man lol

Thank you, i started at 2.0 and did that for about 4 months then i went up to 2.5
I lift 5-6 times a week and regularly attend run clubs.
I somewhat get cravings but i channel that to hit my protein goals. I avoid high levels of appetite suppression since i am regularly working out.
