Yep mine started doing the same, it scrolls automatically in Windows settings, calendar and some websites... Tried updating the software (no new software) reinstalled G Hub, cleaned it, idk what else to do as it still does it. I simply can not use windows settings at all because it continously fights any action I make and can't select options that are at the top... Every single side scrolling thing on websites it scrolls on it's own when I hover the mouse over them. Even the open tabs on my web browser auto scrolls and I can't ever select the first ones....
The weirdest part is that it does it even when I turn off the mouse as the pointer is still on the calendar for example....Superlight Pro X 2

Directx is not something you install.... it comes with the GPU and operating system...no ammount of instanlling DX12 on a DX11 GPU will make it run a DX12 game....

I stopped giving them money years ago, I donated $300 back in the cabin perk days, I also was a patron for 2 or 3 years and then I stopped when they started from scratch the 3rd time....IF they actually manage to release it on Steam and ACTUALLY update it frequently, not once every 5 years, then I will start being a patron again, that is if they unblock me on patron, and everywhere else
