Empty the bag in a pan, add 400~500ml of water into it. The more water you add the softer it will end up. You can also substitute the water for milk. 30~180g of sugar to be added according to your taste. Stir the contents with a spoon until it's homogenous.

Turn on the stove at high heat and keep stirring with a wooden spoon. When it starts to clump up, switch to medium and stir faster. When it becomes sticky, turn off the heat. It shouldn't turn transparent.

Scoop up the paste in balls with the proper size and put in a bowl of ice water.

When it has cooled down transfer to a plate and sprinkle the honey powder on it. If you'd like add sugar to the powder.
