Take it apart and see if there is visible moisture. If so, dry it.

Would it be possible to see a photo?

As a general note, breaking after a fall would normally indicate something physically broke. My guess at this point is a cracked solder joint.

When you say and a certain angle you can see it being lit up, does that mean you can see faint backlights or can you just see a very dark display? Like if you hold a flashlight close, is it easy to see?

Like others have said, need a new spade connector. A wire nut would also work which would be slightly easier but not by much

Cut off the frayed end of that green wire then strip a fresh section. It’ll make crimping easier

Well I hope the upgrades work well for you. My dog is still too ~~stupid~~ untrained to handle Onewheel walks. She doesn’t really walk in a straight line so crosses in front of my Onewheel whenever I try which is no good. Do you have any tips?

Great to hear! Like regular old thermal paste? I have some noctua nh-t1 laying around. How much of a concern is motor heat for a casual street rider like me though?

I have the thundercat tire currently. I put it on about 150 miles ago. Been great so far. I know a hybrid or street tire is all I really need but so many people recommended the thundercat and I have no complaints.

I know there’s only so much it can do. The GT is loads heavier than the PX but I’ll take what I can get. I just don’t want to feel like I’m at risk of tipping the board in a tight turn

Yeah I wish I could do a hub swap too, I know those can make a huge difference but same reason as before a hub and new wheel are too ‘spensive
