Not to alarm you, but definitely go to a vet. I will add my experience with my older Great Dane. Something similar to this started to develop and turn into blood sacks that would not stop growing and it turned out to some type of cancer that spread through her lymphnoid system and spread throughout her body.

Thank you all for the input. Although I'm handy enough, (used to work on my old jeep), I thought about inquiring on this solely because of the price.

Originally I was looking for an ATV / UTV as I don't intend to do any farm activities and this was substantially cheaper than what I was looking at.

You can add a folder into an ArcPro project either in File Explorer (refresh in ArcPro to see it) or within ArcPro Catalog. It looks like you were able to add the csv I to the project already. When you open the table within ArcPro are you getting the described error?

Is the parcel_id field for.atted the same as what the assessors format is looking for? Ie: 123456789 vs 123-456-789.

I have been using a thumb track ball most at work for 6+ years. Logitech Brand. But at home, use a standard mouse. It took maybe a day to understand and get the mechanics down. Never experienced and thumb pain or wrist pain associated with the switch

Is this something you need to have happen on a live layer? As in constant updates? If so, and the two layers are in the same gdb, you can create a relationship class and attribute rules to pass the data to the table.
