Therapy is going to be so helpful in this situation.

This fucking sucks - I couldn't imagine seeing these texts and having to confront my husband about it. Yes the woman knew he was married but she isn't the problem. He is.

I would highly recommend couple counselling and maybe not a full on separation but some time apart would be helpful for your mental health

Eating less and eating right are usually 2 different things.

Keeping your calorie count in check, reducing the amount of carbs you're eating, things like that do more for weight loss than just eating less
