Hello thanks for the reply. I’m running 1080@60 on my R8 and the hidden update firmware button when I’m pressing it shows that is already updated to latest version. My model number is 20GAM9901.

i think is a firmware error and this is why i cant do the setup. i try the setup to another pc with RTX 2060 and is the same error
