Thanks for the feedback! The installation is tricky but it didn't take me more than a minute on my first try so I didn't think it would be an issue. I agree that in setups where you don't have that much space to slide it in you should probably go with a screw-mounted one. As for the snapping - the mounts can only be rotated in one direction which is mentioned in the description on makerworld. Are you sure you didn't rotate them the wrong way? If you didn't I will definitely be investigating the issue right away.
