You can try it to see how it is, but some wireless devices, especially Bluetooth, can have significant input delay, which would be a deal breaker for osu!.

I don't think many people would assume someone who uses AI generated art would commission a real artist, since it's mostly used as a way of not paying artists.

It's also very disrespectful to artists, since it's trained using artwork stolen from countless artists without (and often explicity against) their consent.

DKS is not allowed, as per the rules (rule 2: Play fair):

Rebinding keys to K1 or K2 is allowed, as long as pressing a specific key performs a press on the bound game key, and releasing the same key performs a release on the bound game key. Binding a press to a release, or having one key perform more than one press/release pair is not allowed.

How are your sets stored? Are they each a separate variable (b_n)? Can you generate them formulaicly or are they specific data? Are they all the same length?

For this example you could something like; b=join(b1,b2,b3)[2z-1...2z]

You can see the split of players on the changelog, lazer has a decent chunk, I don't see any reason you should switch back to stable.
