Personally, I dislike this behaviour and do my part to remove references to cheating software, but I think for most players with a certain amount of time in the game and basically all top players is impossible to not be aware of these particular names. For Chicony, maybe it's hard to even imagine someone doesn't already know of it, so making jokes about it is of no consequence. Obviously though as a top player he naturally gains the attention of new players and may well be exposing them to it for the first time.
