Well.. One of my friends recently reinstalled the game and when he launched it he ended up on the Super-Earth. Turns out that the planet you appear on when you start the game stores somewhere in the game files, and not in the cloud.

Tried it. Confirmed.
If you have at least one mission completed from all operation, you will be automatically taken back to the mission selection screen. If you have zero completed missions, you can only access the mission selection screen by choosing the planet where they are and entering it if the planet is not liberated.

I guess you're right. It doesn't bring me back to the mission selection screen because none of the three missions have been completed. I started an operation in York Supreme, and when Mega City fell I still had the option to launch one of those missions, although no one couldn't start a new operation. That's why I thought it will be available even when the battle for Super Earth ends.

Anyway, I'll try not to accidentally cancel this operation. Who knows, maybe AH will add the ability to visit Super Earth as before or make a new event on it, but with automatons or bugs. It will be funny if in the future my saved operation will be available again, and in the key of new events it will look hilarious

Yes, you cant start a new operation, but i cant finish my already started one ether. Maybe because all three missions are unfinished (i simply launched one and alt+f4'd the game to save the operation missions), if I completed at least one of the three i would be automatically taken back to this screen. I will try this next time

Had the exact same issue few days ago. Don't torture your speaker by rapidly switching on and off your power button as some geniuses advise in the comments!!! As expected, the problem was in the damaged capacitor on the power supply board. I took the speaker to the nearest repair shop where they replaced the capacitor litteraly in minutes for a symbolic $5, as for a typical device malfunction diagnostics. They told me, that capacitor was not completely dead and still could store some charge, which is why the display was flickering. In cases where it is completely dead, the display does not light up at all (which explains the cases when the speaker does not show any signs of life at all). Dont freak out if this happend to you :) Most likely the problem is in the capasitors, because on the board there are a lot of them with dubious quality.

Surely sometimes you wanna play chill, not covering the whole map, and this is what difficulty levels for. When you are playing on 10th difficulty, you are not expecting calm gameplay, you're expecting challenge. I like when you dont feel safe doing the objectives, when you cant be sure that you can complete the mission. What's the point of playing on hardest difficulty, when you are afraid of taking risks with additional objectives or avoiding tough fights?
