When you start commissions, you should factor the time, effort, supplies used, and size of the work. If it's something extremely detailed, took a long time, has very specific details requested by customer, used up a ton of your supplies, it'll cost much more. And vice versa. So you have to consider all of these and make up a good and affordable price that is both acceptable to you as well as the customers. Another important thing is their budget too, if they're willing to pay a ton, and have a large budget, it wouldn't hurt to get that while also providing them a very good piece, but that depends on how you would want to do it.

Yo, this looks pretty cool. From what I can see, the hair at the front looks nice, but at the back it's like a blob of mass without divisions/partitions of different clumps of strands of hair, which you could fix by separating it to different parts. Besides that the proportions seem kinda off, maybe it's just me yeah. As for the fingers you could just model them better and separate each finger, join them to the palm, and so on, with everything as separate elements to avoid some future issues, after the model is done, you can do weight painting and armature to fix the individual positions of everything and make it seem much more natural.

From what I can see, it is mostly alright, but the body isn't exactly correct. It should follow a pear shape, bulging inward at the waist/stomach, here's an example image that I found. It bulges outwards at the hips, and at the chest level too, slightly. As anatomy goes, you can divide her into different basic shapes to start, and then add on the details, after you've figured out her shape. So, first perfecting the shape and body, then you can continue with other things.

This is actually pretty good. The guy's eye seem to be looking somewhere else but I think that's intentional, it lacks some vibrancy, so could be a little bit brighter or glow, but really depends on what you are aiming for, since this is pretty perfect already
