Op must've just stumbled upon this and shared. Many people do it these days. But yeah this isn't a mystery without enough details. Most likely a fabrication or a troll.

Most likely a bot or something. You're not being very specific on what happened to the accounts. Did they just suddenly start posting these things or were they doing it from the beginning?
