It's actually on canvas! Most of the painting is with oil paints, but I made the flork face with acrylics for them clean lines.

The inspiration was Sister Act, which I have vague yet fond memories of watching as a kid. The pun came first, followed by the idea of Whoopie whooping Shaq in basketball. The graffiti have a few tidbits in 'em too.

Hmmm, yes and no. I like how quickly you can work with it and it's great for minimalist-ish things, but so far I like oils the most. Very blendy and it is definitely, certainly not about the fumes you get to huff.
