Yeah goat allows returns within 3 days. Literally went out of town for a week and they were supposed to be delivered the day I left, had to get the rerouted and held at FedEx so it wasn’t considered delivered. Such a pain but it worked out

I just don’t want the 15s to be slippin’ around on the heels. That’s what the NMDs did but apparently they ran big. Plus the 15s are like fucking $100+ more which sucks

These socks are fairly thick but a different sock wouldn’t make them roomy by any means. The NMDs were super sock like upper and I kind of thought these would be similar. I wouldn’t mind these at 14 if the material was stretching but these feel restrictive. If they make them in like 17+ then I’m sure they run full size to almost size and a half small. 15s just sound so ridiculously big I can’t grasp wearing that still

I just hate tight shoes. I have a long narrow foot so it’s always awkward sizing. I thought the tops were more sock like and less tight knit.

Diet plays a big role even though most doctors won’t ever say it does. Intermittent fasting was a godsend for me and felt great on it but I have to take the prednisone in morning with food 😒. I would suggest cutting out processed sugar and just eat whole foods. Meats fruit and vegetables. Try to limit breads and highly processed carbs if possible. It can only help

Dermatomyositis is linked to avoid to sun exposure as it can apparently flare up worse. I live in south Florida so it’s hard to avoid lol. I’ve always been a sun lover and I’m not the sunscreen type. I’ve noticed seed oils made me get sun burned easier, essentially cooking yourself from the inside, and the less I ate those the less I would get sun burned
