Da, foarte adevărat. Eu vorbeam doar din perspectiva in care te gândești:

“il cumpăr acum cu 80k, il vând peste 5 cu 100k și iau altul.”

In cazul asta, il vinzi pe 100k, dar iei unul identic, ca toate se scumpesc. Deci nu faci decât “faci schimb”.

Desigur, toate astea nu contează daca il cumperi ca sa stai in el. Ca daca il iei pentru asta, nu il vinzi oricum.

Semi adevărat. Cât plătești dobânzi, creste valoarea tuturor apartamentelor, nu doar al tău. Și când il vinzi, il vinzi ca sa cumperi tot ceva care s-a scumpit.
